I'm disappointed with the engraving on the bag. It seems like there was a lack of attention to detail. I was planning to purchase more bags from your store, but after receiving this one, I had to look elsewhere. I inquired about the readability of the text and if it matched the picture I provided, and you confirmed it was correct. However, the actual engraving on the received bag was not satisfactory.
