While the bag is smaller than I thought, it still holds my laptop, which is what I needed it for. It has a strange odor, but I'm hoping airing it out will fix that. The bottom material feels a bit weak, but overall, I'm pleased with the bag. The material itself is thick, soft, and seems durable enough for heavy items. The delivery was prompt.
