This is great. It fits well enough to wear outside like shorts. I suggest buying one size smaller. I have an XL, but a Large would have been a better fit. I plan to order another one, it's a very popular item. It's firm, durable, provides good compression, and is comfortable. I'm really happy with these shaping pants. The quality is excellent.
