I received this garment today and it's been incredibly helpful. It has been soothing from the moment I put it on. I'm still very swollen, and wearing this has been a blessing. I am 5'8" and weigh 140 pounds, and I bought a size S. It fits perfectly. It's very tight, but I need it to be tight (that's the purpose). It takes a little time to put it on, but that's typical with any garment.
