This is an excellent product, easy to use and wash, and the water remains without odor or taste. 👍

The water tube lacks a way to open and close it. I'm fed up with buying things at because when I use coupons or other vouchers, they ask me to cancel the purchase. Also, with the vouchers, if I cancel the order, I then lose them. And it's impossible to contact or complain to anyone. The help page doesn't even work. IT'S A SHAME!!!
